Voting in Pennslyvania

Voter registration is a process by which a person verifies their eligliblity to vote and cast a vote in the pending election.  Registration can be completed online, by mail, or in person. Registration closes no later than 15 days before the election.

Registration closes no later than 15 days before the election.

Online
By providing a PA Driver's License or PennDOT Id number, you are acknowledging signature of the application. You can also request a signature form or print, sign and mail the voter registration application.

By Mail 
Download and complete the voter registration application and return it to the Elections Office before the deadline date. A Voter Identification Card will be mailed to you upon completion of the registration process.

In Person 
You can apply at the Elections Office at One Quaker Plaza, Room 105, Stroudsburg, PA 18360. Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

At PennDot
You can register to vote, update your voter registration record, when obtaining or updating your Driver's License or PennDOT id card.
