Free Service for Monroe County Residents!
The Monroe County Recorder of Deeds office is now offering Monroe County Record Alert System to all residents of Monroe County. The record alert system is free to anyone who would like to sign up for the service.
If you sign up, you will receive an email or text from our recording vendor, Landex, alerting you anytime a document has been recorded in our office with your name. Businesses are also welcome to sign up for this service.
