The PA CSP provides financial assistance through a cost sharing approach to purchase services, supplies, adaptive devices and home modifications to assist families caring for older relatives at home. 

Federal grand-parenting program is for seniors 55+ that have legal responsibility for children under age 18, to assist with caregiver expenses. Caregivers 55+
caring for adult relatives (aged 19-59) with disabilities may be eligible.  Caregiver cannot be care receiver’s parent.
