The Recorder of Deeds Office is open to the public for recording documents and title searches. Appointments are not necessary but strongly encouraged due to limited space.
Notaries seeking to record their Bond & Commission are asked to please call ahead to confirm that their Commission has been received by the Recorder of Deeds Office from the State.
If you have documents for the Recorder of Deeds that need to be recorded, electronic filing is also available through Simplifile, CSC and EPN as listed under the e-Recording link below. We also accept documents for recording by mail.
